Tonite the (late) tesco christmas party.
A girl i saw at the fez last monday was a waitress at the hotel. And graham, a guy i work with also knew her. Brilliant. She was working. One thing led to another and now i have her number and she will be at the fez club tomorrow. Allow me.
On the flip side, i pulled a girl who also works at tesco called Kim, oh dear. She's now all upset because i'm too occupied with other 'target'. It's a harsh life.
My beardy thing must be working magic.

My fingers are covered in blisters at the moment from a days guitaring, first time for about 4 months. Ive lost all my callous.
My new guitar is beautiful and goes very well with mi amp. I will post pictures at some point.
I was in sarahs room a while ago, and i told them that cate said i looked like johnny depp, and tom sprang up and said i did...hmmm.
So i will be taking advantage of any apparent 'likeness' i have, (so far two have said i do and two have said i don't) by growing some facial hair, al la johnny depp. Muahaha. Will post pictures to show how it goes lol.

I wasn't drinking because i have a nasty throat and no money *cough*.
E3's floor was destroyed by Ray Ray and cate lol and it seems a rivaly will break out involving lots of sabotage and pranks between E3 and E1, i hope we don't get caught in the middle.
Cate (mad one) tried to pull me at one point after getting me to pull up her suspenders :-s and then said i look like Johny Dep...she's going out with ash who is a mate of mine. lol it's all fucked up.

Two hard fucking beats ive just taken in poker.
1) I'm holding A8 suited and there's about 6 of us in an unraised pot.
Flop comes 88J so i have a good three of a kind with top kicker.
Someone raises a few fold and call and then this one prick goes all in with about 800.
I call, leaving me with about 200 left seeing as he needs JJ or 8J to be in a better situation then me at the moment.
Everyone else folds.
He shows 89 suited so i'm clearly in the lead with top kicker.
The only thing that can save him is one of the other 3 9's.
so 3/45 cards.
with two draws that's a tiny 11% aslong as i don't catch another ace or jack.
He hits it on the river.
2) unraised pot,
I'm holding something like A9 and the flop comes something like 9 5 2, and this guy goes all in.
So i call, putting me all in, holding top pair with top kicker. He can't have a high pocket pair because he didn't raise pre-flop and he dusn't have two pair- why would u play 95 or 52 or 92???
He shows 9 3.
Great, he's the underdog.
He needs a 3 and to not see an ace.
The turn shows a 3 giving him 2 pair, the pot and putting me out.

I'm sitting upstairs in my bed on the laptop waiting for my bath to run. Ive just watched the third episode of dead like me andit is fantastic. We've so got to have a dead like me marathon in the summer. 4 whole DVD's!!!
THe exams have been allright so far, and soon they will be over and we'll all be at uni; yay.
Loz came round last night and we chated about lots of stuff n that was cool.
My brother is still as his normal usless self, using the excuse 'I've got to revise for my exam' BULLSHIT when ever he is asked to do something, but i guess that's what you get in someone who isn't really used to education and taking exams. What kind of stupid exam is he gonna do for his course anyway which takes so much revision. He's hardly studying Rocket Science or Maths :-P.
I'm 'out of money for this month but mat edwards owes me £20 (yes you do) and i'm seeing tom next wednsday for a budget session. Prolly no colour or fussy stuff.
It can get really boring during these times of study leave, can u really be arsed to revise all this time. Give me a call if your bored and we will figure something out for people to do.
There should be another poker evening comming around next week. It can be about 8-10 people and it's gonna be a non pay in tournement this time. Weve got to start it earlier this time as it took like five hours last time and we didn't even get down to two people. We need a nice table, food, drink and places to put that other then the table. Very, oh dear.
the FILM of the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy is crap. I wanted to love it, i tried to like it, but it's crap. Too crap.
Most of the charaters are wrong, the vogons are portraied incorrectly, the 'new' storyline is crap, too short, boring. Bit's of it are fresh and very good, but not enough. It takes the piss. It's upsetting as the greatness of the original raido series and books will never ever be brough back to the film or TV world. What a wasted opitunity.
